Coming of the Son of Man

Matthew 24
29 - Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30 - And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 - And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

The above verses describe the Second Coming of our Lord to the earth at the end of the Great Tribulation. This event is also known as the Battle of Armageddon. His return will be accompanied by signs in the heaven that will shake the whole world.

The sun and moon will cease to give light, stars will fall, and the powers of heaven will be shaken. I sure am glad that believers, the church or the Bride, will be with Him when this event takes place.

All who are not ready to met Him in death or the rapture are gambling with thier eternal souls, because the Bible describes some dark days in this world's future. You do not have to take a chance if you know that you are not saved.
Ephesians 2
8 - For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 - Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Romans 10
9 - That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

You can settle the question of where you will spend eternity if you will call on our Lord to save you right now. In fact, if you desire additional study materials let us know and we will provide them for you without charge.

Thank you for your consistence in presenting the Word of God at every service and during the Prophecy Class. I know I am learning when I leave the class/service wanting to know more about what you have discussed (sometimes from a different point of view than what I have considered). This, in turn, causes me to study and research more in depth regarding what you have presented. Great job.

This is the first time that I have ever looked at someones blog because until the prophecy class I did not know what a blog was. I am so glad that I cheked it out because now I can share this information with my family and friends. I can also check the blog on the days that I am out town and can't make it to class. Thank you for helping us to make a connection between current events and Biblical Prophecy.
